Making the Heart of Jesus loved in Rome is our principal mission of our life through the fidelity to our consecration.
As daughters of the Church "we see ourselves as unconditional and faithful members" (Direct 1), and as such, we offer constant prayer for the Holy Father and offer him our supportive presence in all the celebrations, gathering and recitation of the Angelus that are possible, to manifest the Institutes’ total loyalty to him.
“Prayer for priests is intrinsic to our vocation. We ask God that they may be living instruments of Christ, Eternal Priest, and shepherds after his own Heart. ” (Cost.15)
“We pray for priests to be closely united to the Heart of Jesus. We assist them and cooperate with them in building of the Body of Christ in charity”. (Const. 8)
We are thankful to God for His predilection when He called us and for the opportunity to be able to give Him glory through our gift of self to the Heart of Christianity. This is the response to the appeal of our Mother Foundress, María de Jesús Velarde: "Know that you identity is to be a faithful daughters of the Church and you are to be identified by others as such by your love for Jesus Christ, by your great ecclesiastical spirit and by your apostolic, self-less service." (Direct.Intr.)
Our specific mission in the Heart of the Church is the administration of the Tiberino Priestly Residence, belonging to Opus Dei, where priests who come to Rome from all over the world, reside to study for several years. At the current time, our prayer and dedication to this ministry is done behind the scenes and it is offered up for them, their families and their dioceses.

For this reason, we also carry out here a catechetical ministry at San Salvatore Parish in Lauro. We help prepare children to receive the sacraments of Christian Initiation, based on a personal encounter with Christ.
