Our Delegation was founded on September 21, 2011 by our Foundress, Reverend Mother María de Jesús Velarde. She traveled with the first missionary Sisters from Spain who, from the very beginning, dedicated themselves to vocational and youth ministry, with the approval and blessing of the Bishop in the Roman Catholic Diocese of Steubenville, Ohio.

In September 2014, the Providence of God blessed us with the acquisition of a closed parish in the diocese, which is now the center of our foundation in this country. Through this Divine Providence, the charity of men and the prayers of the Sisters, we now have on this property:
- Marian Fountain of Living Faith Novitiate
- Casa Velarde and Fiat House, used as retreat houses for young adult ministry
- Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Oratory, a center for pilgrimages and spirituality for those who want to turn to the powerful protection and intercession of our Patroness, the Treasurer of the Heart of Jesus
- On October 31, 2022, we established our second Community in the United States, in Columbus, Ohio. There, our Community of Sisters teaches in St. Paul the Apostle Catholic School in Westerville, assists with catechesis and youth ministries in the Parish and offers our monthly D.O.Y.M.A.R. Prayer Movement encounters for girls, adolescents, and young women.
